The Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport is the THT 2025 headquarters, located along the waterfront in Boston’s newest neighborhood, the Seaport District — a prime location just three miles from Boston Logan International Airport.

CRF® has set aside a block of rooms at the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport, the meeting venue, at a discounted rate. You must be registered for THT 2025 to reserve a room in the THT room block. If you have not already done so, register now.

Deadline
Book your room by January 17, 2025, 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (UTC −5). After that date/time, rooms at the THT 2025 rate will be subject to availability.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your reservation at the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport you must adhere to the hotel’s cancellation policy of at least 72 hours before the date of scheduled arrival, or your credit card will be charged for a one-night stay plus applicable taxes and fees.

Food and Beverage
The Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport offers a variety of dining options at various price points.
Academic satellite breakfast and lunch programs include meals for attendees during designated check-in times in each program room.

Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is just three miles across the harbor from the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport, the official THT 2025 location.
